Daily Myth. A Daily Gut Health Myth or Fact Quiz
Can you spot a gut health myth? Every day you get five new statements about IBS, digestion and nutrition. Decide if each one is a myth or a fact, then see the science behind it. Everyone in the world plays the same five, so you can compare scores with friends.

Why myths about the gut spread so fast
Gut health advice is everywhere online, and much of it sounds convincing. Detox teas, colon cleanses and strict food bans get shared far more than slow, proven habits. In my clinic, I meet people every week who have cut out healthy foods because of a post they saw.
Every statement in this game is checked against clinical guidelines and published research. These include the American College of Gastroenterology guideline on IBS, the Rome IV criteria and the Monash University FODMAP research.
