The 30-Day Calm Gut Challenge

Give me one to five minutes a day, and I will help you calm your gut from the inside out. For 30 days, you get one short email each morning with a guided breathing session, calming music and one simple tip for your tummy.

What you get every day

  • A breathing session made for your gut, from one to five minutes long.
  • Original calming music, with new tracks opening as you go.
  • One gut health tip you can use the same day.
  • A one-tap play button. No app to download.

Why breathing helps your gut

Your gut and brain are linked by the vagus nerve. Stress can make your gut cramp, speed up or feel more sensitive to pain. Slow belly breathing helps switch your body into rest and digest mode.

A 2018 review of slow breathing studies linked breathing at around 6 breaths a minute with calmer nerves and less anxiety. A 2023 Stanford study found that five minutes a day of a calming sigh pattern lifted mood more than mindfulness meditation. This challenge uses both.

Who this challenge is for

  • People with IBS who notice their tummy gets worse with stress.
  • Anyone with bloating, cramps or a nervous stomach.
  • Busy people who want a calm habit that takes minutes, not hours.
